Lovely room, spacious and fresh and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful

There was some litter left behind the headboard of the bed, otherwise very clean, so not a big problem

The location of the hotel was great. The room was nice with every facility we needed. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The staff was kind and helpful.

We were flooded out of our house and 'lived' here for a week. The staff were BRILLIANT, printing documents, photocopying things and were so supportive of what we were going through. Grab and go breakfast was great.

Breakfast under Covid circumstances was well organised, safe and with a good variety of food and drink, The lady organising the breakfast was amazing and really helpful.

Had to clean my own room, everyday . No housekeeping service even if I’ve seen the housekeeper everyday cleaning other rooms and collecting plates and trays, even if we were mostly gone all day,each day still would come back to a filthy room, with breadcrumbs on the floor as we had breakfast in our room nowadays. We’ve left the ‘ready for housekeeping” sign out on the door but nobody entered to give it a little clean. Every day at night when we came back I’ve personally vacuumed, dusted, empty the rubbish bins, replace the towels, toilet paper, tissue, took them downstairs to reception ask for new ones ... so exhausting and not my job. Staff was ok, but not very friendly. When I politely gave thanks for the towels I got, I didn’t receive a “you’re welcome” and even got a half used toilet paper when I asked for one to take upstairs to the room. I went for a weekend away from London, not for a weekend of work. This is why people choose hotels instead of Airbnb’s. For the cleaning service, food service .. etc When I told the reception in two occasions that I haven’t got my room cleaned, one guy told me that they do housekeeping once in 3 days because of Covid, and the other one said they don’t provide housekeeping service at all because of Covid Let me get this right : So because of Covid they are reducing cleaning service instead of increasing it ? Covid asks for enhanced cleaning not for reduced cleaning. And since we had to have breakfast in our own room, we would have to sit in our own filth ??? Never visiting again this hotel !!!

Bearing in mind the restrictions the staff made sure there was choice of food; the hot food was well cooked and presented and was was adequate. The room was pleasant, warm enough and comfortable.

Lovely breakfast and wonderful to have the option of what you want. Thought this was really well done out.

Nothing wrong with the bed but I just didn't sleep as well as I did in other hotels.

Breakfast to go was surprisingly better. It was good to have a choice/range with kids. Liked that the showers were a good size (so two small kids can go in together)

As eating breakfast in room would prefer if at breakfast you could take the sachets for tea/coffee/milk to room to replenish room supplies Sheets on bed didn't seem to quite fit. They were coming off revealing the mattress on both horizontal sides.
